Charged twice for shipping

I was selling an item and went to print the shipping label, but it didn't print correctly. I printed again, but it again failed to print correctly. I had customer service help and they emailed me the label to print. However, I see I was charged twice for both attempts to print. How do I request a reimbursement?

Hi kbowman42,

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

Your question is very account specific and we would be unable to tell you why this has happened over a public forum. I would suggest contacting us via Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK/, Twitter - @AskPayPal, email or phone and we would be happy to advise.

Hi Patty6308,

There is generally an option to cancel the label within the transaction itself however it may be expired by now. If you no longer have the option to cancel the label to get a refund I would recommend to contact the shipping company directly. This way they will be able to issue you a refund .

Thanks for posting
