Cancel my order and get a refund

i purchased what I thought was a diet book from a company called click bank and it turned out to be an e.book which I didn't want,I didn't download the book and I contacted the seller but he hasn't responded yet.am I entitled to a refund

Depends on how the seller advertised the book and whether it was clearly advertised as an ebook.

All you can do is file a dispute and see if paypal find in your favour.
