so i am basically waiting for roughly 3 months now for a reversal to happen to my paypal account. I was basically charged $33.24 for an item i have never received. However, i have had 2 card replacements since that tragic transaction happened and i have failed to update my paypal until today.
My question is, will they not be able to process the reversal with an outdated and a no longer active card number back to my account?
Your refund will go back to the card issuer, they will allocate it to the appropriate account. Basically, the funds go back to the source which would be your bank or credit card account.
