An unauthorised account activity and refund fees

So just curious why I should be losing money when paypal let one person buy 8 diferent products, let him pay for them and after buyer claimed he didnt bought this and is asking paypal to cancel this transaction.  I agreed on refund as I didnt posted the items but each item cost me 5p. If you want me to refund him, then charge buyer or take these cost on your side paypal? If 1000 people decide to take my busines down they just make purchase and after ask for money back and each time it cost me money. Why I should be responsible for somebodies mistakes or "hacked accounts" Last week 10 transactions like this.  Again buyer 8 seller 0 and paypal profit everytime.

You pay paypal to provide you with a service of processing payments and refunds for you, they charge you 20p for that service.

If its an unauthorised payment then you would be covered under seller protection.

If you aren't then you need to read up on it to see why.
