Accidently Sent Money to Debet card

Hello everyone.
I have accidentally sent my money from paypal to debet card instead of bank account.
I tried refund but I have no option to refund or cancel trasaction.
Transaction status is completed.

If the transaction fails then the funds should ''bounce'' back to your paypal account balance but that may take a few days > up to a week.
You would also be charged a small fee for the failure.

Mate, I have waited for month and week period of time.
Money, have not arrived to my paypal account.
What could cause this ?

Well the cause is that you can't withdraw to a card in the UK, only to a linked bank account.
Your best bet is to contact customer services and ask them to put a trace on it.
Have you asked your bank for advice?

Hey mate 🙂
I tried to contact customer services and I was not able to get in touch. Tho, I did not call them coz I live in Europe and this call could cost me a lot.
I tried to send them email regarding the problem but they just send me automatically generated mail, which does not help by anymeans.
I have no idea what to do.
I called my bank and they said that they dont have any business with this windraw and that I should resolve this issue with paypal.
I am really desperate because I dont see any option how I should proceed.
