Hello I bought an item off a person for $130 and the person said they lived in the US over in Pennsylvania, but instead the person lives in Malaysia and he is not cooperating, he wont respond to my emails, he wont SHIP my parcel, and IM getting very angry over this.
I filed a dispute on the transaction I made with him and I have to wait till November, 27, 2011 to be able to escalate the dispute. Please someone tell me if they escalate the dispute will I get my $130 back? He was on a forum when I met him and he had two accounts when the forum rules said he could only have one. He also was scamming people and stealing their money on other forums and a forum said that he was even using a STOLEN CREDIT CARD TO BUY STUFF!
Please someone reply, all I care about is that I will get my $130 back from this person
P.S: he wont respond to any of my messages that I send to him via the dispute chat box
