Forget about your refund and I'm starting to think that PayPal may be over-rated with respect to protecting the consumer. American Express kicks butt on behalf of consumer...........stops payment; in fact, AMEX does not pay right away and this is why some web sites do not take it. AMEX is all about protecting the consumer. Very satisfied with my AMEX performance.
