The seller i purchased an item from off of ebay did not send me the merchandise until after i opened a claim on paypal and send over 10 message to him regarding the shipment. I told paypal that i have not received anything and that i was promissed the item would be shipped the day after payment (overnight shipping as well) and nothing. Paypal ruled in favor of the seller because they provided proof of item sent. After an amount of day the item gets sent back when not delivered and i know the seller recived their merchandise back. I requested money and nothing. So i opened a claim with my bank, they went into paypal and took the money from paypal. Now paypal has opened a claim and sent to collections for me to re pay the money back. Its total BS what they can get away with. Seller and claims department are unethical. Same problem: seller never sent item; Pay Pal playing it dumb till 45 day dispute time runs out. This is some kind of "wire fraud"..............money transaction. I am sure it is a felony and I have a retired judge lawyer in the family who can help me with the internet federal laws involving this new kind of "internet fraud involving money transaction for merchandise never sent"...........................quess pay Pal will be history within a couple of years once everyone wises up to them and starts using their american express card which will dispute a transaction to the end and refund you money the moment the notice is given by you as the consumer, you are dis-satisfied.!!!!!!
