I agree!  It does no good to contact Pay Pal; you are likely to get Sarah the Moron.  Pay Pal must be down sizing on employees because their response is pathetic.  I do believe that any money that is "wired" is a major felony.  With internet wire banking, no doubt the laws apply.  Some Law college 3rd year students need to take on a class project and attack this issue and take down a few internet frauds.  Also, there needs to be a web site dedicated to exposing frauds and fraudulent web sites. ... Yes, I got Sarah to........................she is a moron. Forget about your refund and I'm starting to think that PayPal may be over-rated with respect to protecting the consumer.  American Express kicks butt on behalf of consumer...........stops payment; in fact, AMEX does not pay right away and this is why some web sites do not take it.  AMEX is all about protecting the consumer.  Very satisfied with my AMEX performance. ... order made on May 1st,2010 and still have not received; Worldlyshops.com will not responded to emails concerning the order nor will they answer or return calls.................answering machine is taking all calls.
