I bought an item on ebay and when it came it wasn't what I thought I bought or what was labeled it was. I wanted a WBC pitching rubber and what i got was a regular one with just printed off logos that were glued on. I'd like to return it but who pays for shipping? It'd cost at least $25 to send back thats why I'm kind of meh to sending it back.
