Refund, can I redirect it?

A few months ago I purchased a pair of boots from Zappos and paid with my credit card.  The balance has long since been paid, and am now sending the boots back.  When I receive my refund, it is going to come through paypal, but then back to my credit card.  Is there any way that I can redirect it to go into my checking account?  I don't need a +$200 balance on my CC, and it rarely gets used as it is.  Please help!  Thanks!

"A few months ago"

You only have 45 days from the original payment date to file with Paypal.  It is to late to file with Paypal now.

You will need to contact your credit card company and file a chargeback.

I'm sorry, I am not sure what you are saying.  I don't know why I would have to file anything with paypal, wouldn't Zappos just refund the original payment (paypal via my CC)?  Is it even possible to redirect the payment into my checking account?

If the payment you sent is past 60 days, then Zappos can not refund you.

They will have to send you a paypal payment, and you will then be charges 30 cents plus 2.9 %.

If past 60 days and they don't send you your "refund" you will need to file a charge back with your credit card company
