iI have a charge on my credit card showing PAYPAL however when I have received all my purchases and transactions, there is nothing listed for this amount on my paypal account. Nor am I able to fine the seller in Ebay which would be the only thing that I use paypal for? credit card company said to contact Paypal, however there is no way to contact them in the options given that relate to this subject?
