8% discount on ebay purchase applies. Contacted seller, told to pay full cost, paypal a/c will credit after paid. Credit showing on paypal, but paypal asking this amount be paid by myself instead of a credit on paypal balance. How do I resolve this? ... View more

iI have a charge on my credit card showing PAYPAL however when I have received all my purchases and transactions, there is nothing listed for this amount on my paypal account.  Nor am I able to fine the seller in Ebay which would be the only thing that I use paypal for?  credit card company said to contact Paypal, however there is no way to contact them in the options given that relate to this subject? ...
