Where Is My Refund?

I was told I'd get my refund in 7-10 days and it's been over 10 days!  It's impossible for me to contact Paypal through email or on the phone, I've tried numerous times!!!  eBay told me that I need to contact Paypal about a refund I am supposed to receive (which my Paypal account shows I received it) but my bank account was NEVER reimbursed.  What am I supposed to do now?  I really need some help so I can be done with this!!

I agree, it is very discouraging.  According to my bank, I should get my refund by this Saturday.  Like I said, I had to go through my bank to see about getting this refund.  I disputed the charge and we'll see if I get it back in a few days...if so, I'm deleting my Pay Pal account and will NEVER use them again!!

We have been waiting months for a refund on $250 for a service we never got. Next Monday I'm going down to the court house and filing a small claims for 40 bucks. They will subpena Paypal and they can lose thousands in attorney fees.

Good news...I just checked my bank account this morning and have been credited back the $100.94 refund that I have been waiting for!  I suggest anyone having a problem with PayPal not refunding your money, to go to your bank and dispute the charge to get it back!  Now, I'm deleting my PayPal account....I won't ever use your services again!

HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK>>>I called Paypal at 1-Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Customer Service Center"...it is all automated and voice activated..when they say the word "Agent" that's the one you want , to speak to a real person...what they told me is that Paypal cannot credit my VISA for the refunds because it was not a Paypal refund...it was an ebay refund...the only way I can get my money back is to:  Log onto Paypal...click on withdrawal ...and choose a method from the options provided... personally I'm going to pay the $1.50 fee to have them issue me a check...they will not transfer the funds to your credit card only to a bank account (which means you have to verify with them...I don't want them anywhere near my bank account)

Also I spoke to ebay after Paypal said that ebay could credit the funds back to my credit card...this is a lie...I ask ebay  if there were other payment options so I would not have to use Paypal in the future and they said to click on the shield up on the right hand side of there home web page then click on payment methods that are covered under the buyer protection plan...so I'm going to check that out.

I don't know why they make this so difficult..why don't they just tell the truth instead of creating so many, many angry customers...ex-customers.

I had agreed on 6/11/10 to make a purchase however the seller had inadvertantly given me a mis-spelled address. I cancelled the transaction , my history says the transaction was cancelled and the monies refunded however they have not been . Is this a case of wait thirty days and check my account ?

Once the address was cleared up I made a seconfd attempt at the transaction and all went well but I'd like to have the original funds refunded .

What's the number to call?  My refund has "completed" but I'm still waiting on $700....  I am really not happy about this.

money came out of my bank of acct. immediatly, but when dispute ended, was told could take up to 30 days to receive credit, NOT ACCEPTABLE WILL NO LONGER USE OR RECOMMENDED PAY-PAL !
