I tried to refund a customer her full amount of $24 but the transaction fee came out of the amount and she was only refunded $22.76. I need to refund her the additional $1.24 and I don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me please?
handmudra- Good news! When you issue the refund, we actually do refund the full amount. You'll see the $22.76 come from your account, then we refund the fee we charged. So the buyer will get all of their money, and you'll only see the $22.76 be debited. Hope that clears that up!
