No Refund to bank account

[Bummed]

Recently my Paypal account was refunded and then Paypal stated that they credited my credit card but the money is a no show.  My PP account is linked to my bank by a visa debit card and there are no deposits pending.  I saw another thread with this same type of problem but I wanted to begin one saying the was supposed to go directly to my bank and not a credit card.  I am concerned by all the other posts with similar issues and am wondering if anybody else has had a similar issue to mine.

I recently was refunded by e-bay, but I don't see the $$ anywhere. I was hoping it went back on my debit card. But it is not there. Now what?
