I am working with someone who I was going to buy some product from. He had problem with his account as I got the message saying payment unclaimed. Since he could not claim he had the payment I sent him refunded. Now I just received a message saying the refund failed. I am talking $5000 here and when he issued the refund Paypal open and closed a dispute. What do I do now? Please help as I need these funds back and I thought PayPal was a safe way to send money, but apparently right now it has not been please let me know what I can do.
