I purchased an item, and never recieved it. I contacted the seller mutiple times and eventually opened a paypal dispute. It's been listed as closed with a refund listed, but I never actually got a refund. What gives? Smiley Sad

If you funded the paypal payment with a credit card, the refund wil go back on the card.

Go to the detail section of the original payment and see what it shows

Hi Albertlgj, and welcome to the forums!

The suggestion that profdata gave to rosiewik is a good one for you too. Take a look at your transaction history, and click the plus sign (+) next to the transaction. Does it show that the funds have gone back to the card? If not, please give Customer Solutions a call. These forums are for member-to-member communication, and other members can't look up your account information! 🙂

For your protection, try not to include your full name, credit card, transaction numbers, or any information in a post that a fraudster might try to use. We want your problem to be resolved as safely as possible!
