Customer will not accept refund

I put through a refund for a customer. She will not accept the refund. Now the money isn't in her account or mine. Now what?? If she doesn't want the money, I'll keep it, but don't know how to reverse the refund process/

Hi Leslie,
The recipient has 10 days to accept or deny a refund if it is offered in a dispute.
