How can i refound the money if the payment i received is held?

I got a deposit of 393.00 dlls for an iphone, but then the buyer says he doesn't want it, now im willing to refound the money, i tried but i dont have money in my balance because the payment is held, i want to give him his money back, but i dont want to 786 dls, 393 of the deposit and other 393 from my credit car, what do i do?

If you use the "refund" link in the transaction details, the payment will simply be reversed to the buyer.
