Hi mikelopedia,

Welcome to the forums!

Is this for a dispute that you've already filed, or is it a verbal arrangement with the seller where a refund was promised? If your seller promised you a refund and hasn't issued it, you can file a dispute as long as the transaction was less than 45 days ago. If you're waiting for a refund in a dispute you already opened, you can check your Resolution Center to see what the status is.

One thing to check is to make sure you didn't already receive your refund. If you go to History and set your dates back to before the transaction was made, you can click the plus sign next to your transaction and see if there is a refund associated with it. If you used a credit card, the funds probably went straight back to your card, and that would be why you don't see it in your balance.

I hope this helps!
