Thats right. On wed the 28th july 2010 i received an email from paypal informing me that because of my good performance the payment holds restriction placed on my account has been lifted.....Well guess what? It hasnt....My money is still being held and paypals customer service is way beyond professional....I was being led around in circles by some idiot kid with a goofy name that kept re reading payment holds policies to me while i was trying to tell him about the email from service@paypal that i got....I have been on ebay for over a year. With no negitive remarks and my feedback score is 100% and a total of 125 feedbacks left. I promise that when i do get my money owed to me that I am deleting both ebay and paypal accounts forever. both ebay and paypal can kiss my **bleep**.....
