Im looking for an option with paypal in the following terms;
as it is group buying site, I would need to collect funds from buyers, but if not enough buyers, their transaction is not completed;
so basically their payment is on hold, until I as admin of the site approve that there were enough buyers for product and they can be billed for product which they approved to buy before;
(this way I would avoid, refunding if not enough buyers)
is this kind of option supported by paypal, and where to read more about it?
