I have an oscommerce site setup using paypal standard, I seem to have no problem when receiving payments from anywhere in the US but orders from canada or other countries for low amounts, just don't go through, they stay in a
Preparing [PayPal Standard] Status, Is there any way to fix this?
some people just don't want to go through and setup an account so I have my paypal setup to accept someone who has an account or someone who wants to pay with a credit card any help or direction would be greatly appreciated
