I am having trouble looking at paypal's rules. I once recieved a $63 payment and almost 2 dollars were taken out. So for me to recieve $200 it seems somehow incorrect that it will only be 6.30. Is this right? thanks. i tried using paypals help but it did not go as smoothly as i thought.

If you're receiving $200 from another sender within the country, then the fee that PayPal will collect from you is 2.9% of the $200, plus $0.30... which comes to $6.10. So the NET amount you receive will be $193.90. Hope that clears things up for you.
