Here is the situation:
So I recently had someone send me money to pick something up for them locally, so as soon as I recieve it I automatically ask for a transfer to my bank account; but i later find out some news that leaves me to be unable to provide the service, so I issue a refund. However, my bank has less money than the refund itself. Will the refund be taken out of the money that is currently being transferred to my bank account or will it take it straight from my bank account before the transferred money even gets there? On top of this, the transferred money is less than the refund because of paypal fees. 😕
