I have made purchases on ebay using my Visa # through Paypal, the amount was removed instantly. So it seems that Paypal/Visa have an efficient means of transferring funds. Why can't Paypal credit my Visa card account using the same efficient process that works in Paypal's favour?
Supplimentary question:
Is Paypal being investigated for any of these delay practices? Class action suits? etc.
