Hey everyone, I have a question to anybody who can answer; how do I confirm a shipped item was recieved? There holding up my balance in my account and I would love to know how I can prove to Paypal that the person I sold the item to on eBay recieved the item (the person hasn't left feedback). I have a tracking number, please help me step-by-step what the process is to actually confirm they recieved my item for my transaction. Thanks and God bless
i am new to this, but i c u are getting no responses! if you have your tracking # cant you use that to track down the delivery date or type of confirmation that at least says it was delivered?
