Where is my email to receive money??

I recently swapped information with a guy to send me money for something he is going to buy from me. He sent the money to my account last week before my bank account was verified. Well I just verified my bank account two days ago and I still havn't received an email to recieve my money. My email is confirmed in my account, he says that in his account it says that the money has been sent and that it is unclaimed..but i have not received an email to claim it yet. Where is my email?? lol

If he says it's unclaimed, there should be a refund button next to it - have him press that and then resend the payment.

Ok thanks for the reply, I just sent him a message to try and do this. How long do you think it will take for him to get his money back and resend it?

Getting his money back can range from instantly to a week, depending how he funded the payment.

Resending the money takes a second.
