I was told by my ebay account that my item had been paid for so I packed up and shipped my item. The seller recieved it and everything would be great except that there is no record of this payment anywhere now. I checked with the seller who confirmed my email address and said his money had been taken out of his account. There is no record in paypal at all. I contacted ebay who went through all the details and said as far as ebay is concerned, everything went as it should and to contact paypal. So far I haven't been able to because I don't have a transaction number to give them and I'm gettng the runaround on the website when I try. What do I do now?
