Pending Balance 1 wk after positive feedback!

Im new to paypal and ebay and I do understand the new hold policies, however im a little confused as to when I will have available funds. My item was shipped, confirmed, and positive feedback was left. Its now been 1 week and my balance is still pending....why? My account also states that the money will be released on January 11th...its January 12th....am I doing something wrong here or did paypal just **bleep** me?

I'm sorry to hear that the hold was not lifted the day you received feedback. Was the payment sent through eBay checkout, or did the customer make a Send Money payment that did not refer to the Auction ID? If it was associated, it should have happened automatically within a day of the feedback.

If ever you run into a stray payment where the hold doesn't automatically release but the conditions have been met for 24 hours (the release reviews happen in batches - usually it happens within 12 hours of the condition being satisfied, but it can take 24 hours) then feel free to contact Customer Solutions to request a manual review.
