A buyer ordered something from me through Ebay.
I printed the shipping label and was about to ship when I received a message from Paypal that the money was on hold due to an inquiry.
There is no reason listed as to why the buyer disputed the transation.
They stated I should not ship, so I voided the label.
However, after I voided the label, the item now shows as if it should be shipped. I want to refund the buyer and get this over with, but the process here on Paypal is very confusing as there is nothing stating what I am supposed to do and the transaction shows as still being valid on Ebay.
Can someone explain this to me?
