Hey so to start off, I was trading somone online I was offering a program and the other individual was offering me 400$, he sent me the money and then right after i sent him the program, But Paypal cancled the transaction for some reason and the 400$ got refunded back to the other indiviual basically geting the program for free.
I would really appresiate it if someone could help me out here i would like to get my money back.
