I have signed up to paypal (about a month ago) and have not been able to add my card details. Paypal said the bank who registered my card, wont allow me to register it.
I had a word with my bank, and they told me my card was absolutely fine, and that I should contact paypal. So I emailed them last week, they told me to talk to the bank... or register bank account details. So, I tried to register my bank details, and the same message appeared, telling me that the bank has blocked my account from being added.
I have no idea why this is happening, no one else I know, who is with the same bank as me has had this problem.
If this can't be solved, is there anyway I could receive payments from paypal in an alternative way?
(I'm over 18, so that's not the problem)
