My Paypal history shows a payment received but the funds are not reflected in my paypal balance.

I recently sold an item on ebay and accepted payments through paypal.  The transaction shows in my history as being paid and the buyer has left feedback indicating they received.  However the balance is not showing as part of my available paypal balance.  I upgraded my account to premier.  I have checked my email address on the posting, it is correct.  Sara the autoattendent couldn't help me and I sent an email to paypal and have not gotten a response.  Please help.

I have the same problem and I just won an auction thinking that two days after the buyer left positive feedback I would have the funds available.

Welcome to the community forums, both of you!

Typically, funds that are held for an eBay item will be released within 24 hours of the placement of feedback showing receipt of the item. If the buyer has left positive feedback and the hold has not yet been released after that time, you can give Customer Solutions a call for account-specific assistance. I hope this helps!
