I have the same question really, as you cannot guarentee people will elave any feed back let alone positive what happens then??? btw not happened to me yet only just sold my first item !
(btw yes many people consider writing in caps to be considered rude but someone new to a forum may not know this and there is also some medical reasons why people do ... so you notification acting moderator can also be percieved as rude there are better ways to phase things.)
