I don't understand what happened

Stupid me, I sent my auctions off without checking to make sure the money was in my papal account. What I did was check on eBay to see if it was paid and they were, so I figured if they paid I have it in my account. Printed out my postage labels figuring it would come out of my papal account, little did I know the money was not there. I called papal and they said that I had a email that was not verified, What? I checked on the auction page it had an old email from about two years ago I guess that's were my money went even though my current email is listed as primary on both eBay and papal I don't understand this. I still don't have the money I have two more auctions to send, I thought it would be in the account by now. Also because all that postage was withdrawn from my bank it made me overdrawn!!

kimmie-  Sorry to hear about the problems you're having.  As far as the bank aspect, not a lot of light I can shed on that.  For the 'missing' payments, there actually is a pretty easy solution.  As long as that email address appeared on your PayPal account, we can reactivate the old address and essentially force the payments to arrive.  You wouldn't get any of the payment notifications (since they're going to the old email), but the payments would arrive within a few minutes.  You would just have to give PayPal another call, explain what needs to happen, and we can get it done.
