I am not able to access my Pay Pal account

I tried to change my password since I forgot my old one. Could not answer security questions correctly and Pay Pal has a very old and outdated credit card number for me. Now what?

Can you contact the credit card company and request that they give you the information from your old account? They will likely have alternatives for proving ownership of your account with them. If you can gain that information, you will be able to come back to your PayPal account to complete the password recovery.
