I provided tracking info and package was delivered. My funds are still being held. How can I have PayPal notice that the item made it and tracking info proves it, so I can access my funds?? I've sent 2 emails and PayPal isn't answering me, I have asked buyer to leave feedback and they are ignoring me too. I can't seem to get service and I'm the one paying the fee for receiving the payment. The buyer got protection now where is mine??
If you've entered the tracking info in paypal or ebay, as the case may be, then phone paypal and joggle their elbow on it. Their number comes up when you click on 'contact us'.
