Help With Preventing Account from Being Frozen

Since I can't seem to access the email/contact us section for whatever reason I'll post the question here and hopefully get some sort of guidance/answer.
In late March I'll receive a quarterly payment from a company I'm partnered with. This payment will/could be 3-5 months worth of payment and should be of decent size. I've heard of account being frozen due to "suspicious" activity and I'm slightly worried that this payment may possibly trigger this.
I was wondering if this is possible and if there's any way I can let someone know beforehand and/or take steps in preventing that from happening.
Help would be appreciated.
