HELP PLEASE 21 DAY HOLD ON FUNDS not being released we complete our end of the Deal!

Why are my FUNDS not being released after we complete the end of my Deal, Tracking Information, and Positive Feedback received on eBay. 11 Days ago we were Notified by papal they would be putting a 21 day hold on all payments, and release them as long as I completed transaction's with positive feedback. We have never had any negative feedback nor bad transaction so we don't understand why papal is choosing us to make so unhappy. This is truly affecting our lives, any help?

DID you use Paypal shipping.

Holds are usual;ly released with 48 hours of the D/C shopwing delivery or the buyer leaving feedback

Nope, we went to the USPS and got the tracking information from them then gave to paypal right away, but its been 4 days since he received, I just can't believe Papal gets away with this crap. We are trying to run a business yet we are delayed because papal say's its for fraud prevention. Yet these people who have terrible feedback, there selling crap and papal does nothing, seems like papal may be turning for the worst possibly? A close friend who has a brother who works for paypal swears up and down I can trust with my money but this kind of stuff drives me nuts!

The tracking has to show delivery.  Does it ??

How did you give it to paypal.  Did you imput it into the details area of the payment.

I am having the same issue. I am no longer accepting paypal until this is fixed!
