Does paypal process Visa Electron, and at what fee?

We've received an inquiry from Scotland, as to whether we're able to accept VISA Electron. This seems like a more secure type of debit card, as the user's bank is actually queried prior to processing, to insure the availability of funds.

Does paypal accept / process this type of VISA debit card? If so, is there an additional fee imposed?

Welcome to the boards!

We sure do!  As long as the account holder can register it successfully, they'll be able to use the card and you'll be able to accept it. 

I took the liberty of checking up on UK accounts by clicking on "Worldwide" at the bottom of any page on the main site.  We have Visa Electron specifically listed there, so they should be able to make the payment!
