Can someone pay me to my papypal with credit card even if they dont have a paypal account?

i am selling my cell phone and the person that is going to buy it can only pay me with credt card. Can they send the money to my paypal account without them having an account?

Yes I believe so I just looked this up however if they are paying with a debit or credit card then there will be a fee charged either to the person paying you or you have to pay for it. The example that was used said for every $100 its a little over $3. The catch is the person who is paying you gets to decide but if you don't want to pay for it you can decline their payment from their credit/debit card. If they do it from their bank account there is no fee.

what is the procedure? I can't figure it out I looked everywhere. If you can accept a credit card from a customer without him opening a ppal acct, how do i do that?

Yes, I also need help with a customer who I'd like to send an invoice to and have them pay by credit card so the payment is instant instead of waiting for a check to clear. If you could make it a step by step guide, that would be amazing!
