[UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] Developer api account restrict

Hi,

From today i encountered this developer api error:

From what i can understand, my account is restricted, but isn't..

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY, this error usually occurs when the API request payload is invalid or not well-formatted or the merchant account is restricted. 

For LIVE accounts, Please contact our PayPal Customer service via the link -  https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you with account restriction for LIVE accounts.
