Paypal Payouts

I am trying to pay my customers using Paypal Payout API. But I get this error. 

My Paypal other API functions are working fine but this Payout sending me Authorization error response. 
Anybody, please suggest a solution.

Hi @mrafi127g 

In the prerequisites for the Payouts documentation, you can find the request access link for Payouts. Once you do this, you should wait for approval before attempting to run a Payout.
