How can i apply for Paypal Adaptive API? My website needs escrow system and i need to have Paypal adaptive API. How can i apply for it?

The Adaptive Payments APIs are no longer being approved for new merchants (in most cases.)

Look at PayPal Commerce Platform instead: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/commerce-platform/
