Buyer goes to PayPal from a custom cart, makes a payment that seems to actually happen, and is then returned to the site. However, no amount is credited to seller and nothing is debited to the buyer. Dev "API calls" lists these transactions and shows HTTP status 200 OK. The Debug request/response code looks good (unless I'm just not seeing something). As best I can tell, all settings in the seller's account and the App are OK. I am totally puzzled as to the problem, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
