P1 Prod Issue - REST API - Payments do not show up to 24 HOURS later - Not Fixed Within a YEAR!

This issue was reported a year ago:

The most recent transactions REST Api clients can pull in Sandbox or Prod via 

/v1/reporting/transactions

are up to 24 hours old!

This makes PayPal not suitable for any real time processing as clients can't build automated order processing solutions!

This issue is not listed in Production Incidents but it must be there! https://www.paypal-status.com/incident/production

Who is responsible for this ignorance? PayPal management, wake up!

It mentions a disruption here:
https://www.paypal-status.com/api/production

 

But when you expand the REST API section, nothing shows up
