I'm building an e-commerce site that sells subscriptions using Paypal subscriptions to manage the repeating payments. Paypal dumps the
information into a list under the Paypal account but doesn't notify anyone by any other method.
Is there an API to allow a program to pull all or part of the list of subscribers? Upon each subscription purchase, I need to notify the account owner and 2 other partners, any thoughts on how to do that?
