Not able to pay into dollar from Indian account through API integration

Hi,

We have setup a website called https://perfectplanb.net/courses/python-ds-ml-19

Here we have integrated Paypal API to get payment into Dollar. We want to get payment into Dollar from Indian customers too. When I am paying through out portal it is showing us this error.

"We’re sorry. This seller doesn’t accept payments in your currency. Please return to the seller and choose another way to pay."

Please solve this on urgent basis as our website is live.
