I try to add multi-currency support for PayPal subscriptions (only USD for now).
I have added the currency_code variable for billing_cycles when creating a new plan with /v1/billing/plans in sandbox environment. Also PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED and BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.ACTIVATED webhooks are enabled. When a USD subscription is created - I get these 2 webhooks, but when trying to create a EUR subscription - receive only BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.ACTIVATED webhook.
What did I do wrong from REST API side? Maybe there are some additional preferences from the business PayPal manager account?
